Hygrometry rate	8 to 10% : Kiln dried quality. This rate grants a great stability to the wood in all interior uses.

Side A (best side)	Small healthy knots of diameter less than 1 cm, a few brown marks characteristic of beech in very limited quantity
Side B (worst side)	Identical to face A + small knots of diameter < 1 cm, traces of brown marks characteristic of beechwood, traces of red heartwood in limited quantities, possible presence of small chapped parts.
Edges	In limited quantities, possible presence of small non-puttied knots, small pinholes, or any other singularity invisible at the time of cutting or machining
